Booking Terms and Conditions

All Comedy School course bookings are refundable (minus PayPal fees) up to 14 days prior to the booked course date. However, we don’t offer refunds after 14 days prior to start of booked course date and for failure to show, class room disruptions, dropping out of class, threats to instructors, Students or Venue staff and date changes due to low student numbers, gov shutdowns, Fires, Floods, Storms or other acts of god. We reserve the right to move students to any of the available remaining course dates in the year (students may choose which date works for them) In the case of date changes due to low student numbers, no refunds will be offered. If you must attend a specific date only, we suggest waiting until 2 weeks prior to the start of that course date to confirm with the school if the date is confirmed to go ahead) If you book into the Final course date of the year, in your city and that course date is cancelled for any reason, all students will receive a full refund of their purchase price minus any PayPal booking Fees.

Any student that agrees to our terms and conditions of booking, that tries to disrupts or causes issues or problems by submit false or misleading information prior to start of course, during or after the start of class, with the school, other students, instructors, through social media, online review sites or any govt bodies, will be seen as hostile and disruptive and deemed a safety risk to our instructors and other students, they will therefore be prohibited from attending or asked to leave and no refund will be offered because of this behaviour Once again, we want the teaching of comedy to be fun, but we won’t tolerate any abuse, harassment, insults, defamation or use of profanity to our team, instructors or students. Their safety is our priority. If you have a dispute with the school, the instructor or some of your fellow students, we recommend contacting the Fair Trading Office, if your problem can’t be resolved with the school or management.

Once a student informs us they will not be attending a course, that seat is offered for resale back on line. Also, once a student threatens to take us to Fair-trading, a tribunal or Paypal resolutions board (after breaking our terms and conditions of booking), that signifies, they won't be attending and are now fighting our booking terms, which you initially agreed to.

At The Las Vegas international school of stand-up comedy, our main objective is to resolve any dispute or problem that may arise with our customers, first and foremost. In the case an issue arises that can’t be resolved, we recommend you contact the Fair-Trading Office. They will in-turn, get in touch with us to mediate and resolve the issue.
